Very rarely do I take the time or effort to write to a vendor, but I am so impressed with your service that I will share a couple of thoughts. From the start, your site is easy to navigate, unlike the site of my previous shop. Your selection remains excellent....you always seem to have access to the wig I am seeking. Also, you notify your customer when the piece is sent, and again on the delivery date, and you obviously look at the wig because you insert a short note and a coupon. Other vendors often have the order sent directly from the distribution company, so the recipient must pray there is no mistake. And your final and glorious touch......you send in a discrete USPS priority box!! So bravo.....your service is exemplary!!! Dear NameBrandWigs, I did receive my order. I wanted to let you know how much I love my wig. I have lost quite a bit of hair in the last year, due to stress, and I have been so assembled to have people see this. I work in a middle school and we just started Monday. EVERYBODY love "my new hair cut." My husband, we have been married 50 years, has never said much about any haircut, perms to get curls, or done at a salon, but he LOVES the wig. Two of my daughters and I are wig wearers. For me it's been just this year that I gave in and decided that my bio hair was so sparse it didn't look good even after a salon cut.
