When I think of Easter and spring, I immediately think of short, playful, and simple hairstyles that are perfect for brunches, park outings, gardening, and all the other delightful activities of the season. I can't think of a better way to shell-ebrate this Easter season than by exploring some new spring hairstyles. I started researching the latest hair trends for the season and discovered many fun and cute styles that are sure to be popular!

TREND #1: FAIRY WAVES

One of the most enchanting trends to embrace this season is the loose curl style, often referred to as "fairy waves." This dreamy and whimsical look embodies a soft aesthetic that captures the romance of the season. Whether worn casually or dressed up for a special occasion, loose curls add a touch of magic to any appearance. A couple of styles that come to mind are the Estetica Avalon, and TressAllure Beach Wave Magic. However, there are endless options available if you explore our wavy styles tab on our website.

TREND #2: SCULTPED BOB

We have already seen that bobs are becoming very popular, but if you're looking for an even more stylish option, consider a sculpted bob. Sculpted bob cuts typically are straight hair styles that hug the face and fall at chin length. This sleek and sophisticated style can be simple and suitable for everyday wear, yet it can also be dressed up for special occasions.

If you have an oval or oblong face shape, it's usually best to choose a style that hits at or above the chin, as this is the most flattering for you. Conversely, if your face is round or square, longer bobs that fall below the chin will be more flattering. Styles like Noriko May and Gabor Opulence are excellent options for this trend. Longer sleek bobs I would recommend Jon Renau Cameron.

TREND #3: BUTTERFLY CUT

The butterfly cut, also known as curtain bangs, is still very much in style this season! This hairstyle features long layers that add elegance, volume, and movement. The butterfly layers create a softened look that best frames oval, heart-shaped, and square faces. Two amazing styles that showcase this feature are the Gabor Full Finesse, Rene of Paris Sage, Raquel Welch Upstage.

TREND #4: CHUNKY LAYERS

The last trend this season is chunky layers. These layers are characterized by a choppy, edgy, and disconnected look that adds texture and volume to your hairstyle. I highly recommend using a texturizing spray to enhance the texture and create a lived-in style. This will help maintain the edginess and texture of your hair. A couple of styles worth considering if you’re aiming for this look are the Estetica Orchid, Rene of Paris Bailey, and Envy Sheena.

Spring is the perfect time for fresh starts and fun new looks. Whether you're drawn to romantic waves, sleek bobs, or edgy layers, there's a style that’s just waiting to make your season brighter. No matter how you plan to celebrate this season—whether it’s brunch with loved ones, a stroll through the park, or an afternoon gardening—there’s a spring hairstyle to match. Try something new, have fun with it, feel beautiful and confident! Happy Easter and happy styling!
