Winter Style Aesthetics

In my opinion, winter is the most underrated, overlooked season of them all. There’s nothing better than a snowy winter day spent curled up by the fireplace with a good cup of coffee and a good book. While summer still rests at the top of the podium for me, winter is a close second. I love the changing of the seasons and the amazing opportunities that each new one brings. Opportunities and OUTFITS! Winter outfits are so much fun because you really get to lean into the magic of layering. Need some inspiration? Check out these aesthetics for some ideas for your next winter event:

 

 

First up, we have an outfit that I have been eyeing up and trying to recreate for a while now. I’m obsessed with the leather jacket and baggy jeans combo. Paired with a statement scarf and some chunky boots, this look will definitely turn heads! I would add some gold jewelry and accessories, like a dainty watch and some hoops, to give this outfit a more “put-together” feel. For the hair, a sleek, longer bob would complement this ensemble perfectly.

I love how natural this piece looks. The cut is super flattering, and the face-framing pieces elevate it perfectly. I’m a fan of this look, for sure!

 

 

 

Next, getting a little fancier, I picked out a chunky, cream sweater, a plaid skirt, and some tall boots. This outfit is absolutely adorable and can be customized in many ways to fit your personal style. I would pair these pieces with some tall stockings or dark nylons, some simple gold jewelry, a hair bow, and (of course) your favorite winter scent! I think long, cascading layers would be the perfect hairstyle for this outfit. I’m envisioning a beautiful half-up style that accentuates the facial features, while still leaving a lot of length for some extra drama. 

 

 

 

There isn’t a better style for this outfit than Celeste by Jon Renau! Celeste has the most stunning layers, a full monofilament top, and a lace front. This piece would be perfect for pinning back into a half-up style, paired with a cute hair bow. If you need a last-minute outfit for a winter party, this is the look for you!

 

 

Last, but certainly not least (this one might actually be my favorite, I can’t choose 😆), I picked a gorgeous, plaid dress, a long trench coat, and some stylish heels. This look screams elegance, and I can’t get enough of it. If you have a fancy dinner or banquet on your calendar this winter, add this outfit to your lineup. It’s sure to be a knockout! Minimal jewelry, like some simple earrings and a pretty watch, paired with a small purse, would absolutely complete this look. The hairstyle that I’m imagining is a tousled bob with lots of layers. It’s simple, classy, and super trendy right now. 

 

 

 

The only style that I can think of that can measure up is the fan-favorite, Hollie by Jon Renau. This style is a best-seller for good reason! Hollie is beautifully sophisticated, making it perfect for a special event that requires a bit more class. This look is definitely one to remember!
