Trendy in 2020
I thought I would go to our own in-house wig experts this year to find out what trends they are predicting being big in the coming year. So here it is from the ladies who work with this hair every day. Some of their top picks for you to try!
It seems in 2019 many were taking the plunge of trying the big chop, and opting for short hair over long locks. One-length bobs were fresh and trendy and kept getting shorter and shorter. We predict people are going to continue to try the short hair trend and the Alison fits the bill perfectly. The length and cut are universally flattering. Try this in her color pick Palm Springs Blonde. This crisp cut and a cool blonde are such a chic combination.
Wavy hair is another trend that just doesn't seem to be going away. We have been noticing the waves seemed to be getting even looser. The Ellen Wille Touch has that perfect "no work look" as Erin called it. The relaxed pattern mimics naturally wavy hair, and is perfect for any occasion from a night out, to the workplace, to at home.
Both Estetica and Raquel Welch have gifted us with beautiful new colors to start out the year. For any of my cool toned ladies, many of these shades will compliment you so well. They are coming out with colors many have been asking for such as more reds, or cool to neutral browns which we usually see very little of in comparison to all the warm brown options. Here are some examples of the shades we can't wait for you to try!
Toppers continue to grow in popularity every year, and for good reason! Toppers are extremely versatile, and work for a wide range of people. They can be used if you need coverage, but also can be added to existing bio hair to simply up your volume. They have been the secret to how many celebrities have such full voluminous hair on the red carpet, and I love that women are starting to figure how easy, and instant, the effect can be. They truly work for women of all ages. We have been getting rave reviews on the new Raquel Welch Alpha Wave which is a wavy synthetic Topper, and the Raquel Welch Gilded which comes in 12 and 18 inch lengths and is human hair.
